General Policy
At MG Real Gold Jewelry LLC, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to make an exchange or request store credit, we are here to help. To start the process, please send an email to gold@mgrealgoldjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note the following conditions to facilitate the process:
Exchange or store credit requests must be initiated within 7 days from the receipt of the item.
The request must include the original packaging (boxes, bags, or others), the purchase receipt, and a brief explanation of the reason for the exchange or store credit request.

Return Process
We want your return experience to be as easy as possible. Please follow these steps:
Initiate the Return: Contact us at gold@mgrealgoldjewelry.com to begin the return process.
Original Packaging: Return items in their original packaging, in the same condition you received them (unused, with tags and original packaging).
Return Shipping Timeline: Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please ensure your order number is written on the outside of the package.
In-Store Returns: You can also return items at any of our physical stores.

Condition of Returned Items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an electronic gift card for store credit or notify you of the shipment of a replacement item within 3 to 6 business days. To be accepted, items must be in good condition (no damage or missing pieces).
Unauthorized Items: Returns without prior request or items that do not meet our conditions will not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact us at gold@mgrealgoldjewelry.com.
Return Charges: Rejected deliveries without prior consent will incur additional shipping charges.

Damages and Issues
We want you to enjoy your purchase. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at gold@mgrealgoldjewelry.com for quick resolution.
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or report the issue to gold@mgrealgoldjewelry.com. The shipping company requires claims to be made within 20 days from shipment. MG Real Gold Jewelry LLC is not responsible for lost packages.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Sale Items: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Final Sales: All items purchased during a sale are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, follow these steps:
Return the original item following the return process.
Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item of your choice.

Refunds
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final, and no refunds will be accepted under any circumstances.
